Stapleton Quebec Retail Center at Filing One

Quebec Square Retail Center is a 73-acre retail development located at the southeast corner of Quebec Street and Smith Road in Denver, Colorado and includes Home Depot, Sam's Club, and Wal-Mart Anchor Stores, as well as multiple outlot retail buildings.

JFSA prepared final site, grading, utility, paving, and horizontal control plans for the entire site. JFSA provided infrastructure and site specific design for the storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water lines completed a final drainage design, which included on-site detention for the 100-year storm and water quality for the site. Finally, as part of this phase JFSA provided coordination for dry utility installation throughout the site, which included Xcel Energy and Qwest.

JFSA provided site/civil design for the project, which included preliminary and final design for grading, drainage, and utility systems. Master planning for the entire 8-lot site and detailed engineering for the BMW dealership site (lot 6) were developed in close coordination with DCB Construction Company and the city of Loveland. JFSA prepared a master overlot grading plan, which provided flat pads for six buildings, berming to visually mask the site from the adjacent frontage road to the east, and detailed a loop drive serving all the buildings in the development.

JFSA served as the civil engineer for the High Point Marketplace Development located at the southeast corner of East Hampden Avenue and South Tower Road in Aurora, Colorado.

The project involved providing preliminary and final construction documents for infrastructure and site specific design of the Safeway lot and one of the adjacent outlots which included Paris Tires and a private tenant. JFSA provided design for grading, drainage, utility systems and a foundation underdrain system for Safeway and its associated retail and the Paris Tire building. Finally, JFSA provided coordination for dry utility installation through out the site which included Xcel Energy and Qwest.

The Young Americans' Bank and Education Foundation serves as the headquarters for an economic educational facility for children. JFSA provided civil engineering services including street plans, sanitary sewer design, water and fire supply design, and a review of site grading to comply with site drainage and city agency requirements. The project involved construction of a new trilevel bank building with a detached play deck in Denver's Cherry Creek area

JFSA served as the civil engineer for the Smoky Hill and Himalaya Commercial Subdivision Filing Number 3 development, a 15-acre shopping center located at the northeast corner of East Smoky Hill Road and South Himalaya Street in Centennial, Colorado.

Construction documents included a final drainage report and plan, roadway plan and profiles, utility plans, erosion control report and plan, public traffic signal construction documents, and easement dedications.

The one-story Keybank Branch Office was constructed upon a 1.5-acre site located near the southeast corner of Castle Pines Parkway and Lagae Road. JFSA's scope of work included full site/civil design for drainage, grading, erosion and sediment control, utilities, landscape architecture, and irrigation design, as well as providing preliminary and final construction documents for the project. This entailed dealings with such agencies as the City of Castle Pines North, Department of Public Works, Douglas County, and the City of Castle Pines Fire Department.
