JFSA's role was to provide conceptual engineering in support of the development plan proposal. Infrastructure design for approximately $13M of roads, sanitary sewer mains with private service connections, storm sewer, and water lines.

The development is situated on a one-acre site bordered by Broadway, Arapahoe, and 24th Street in Downtown Denver. Construction plans prepared by JFSA for the site/civil design included preliminary and final design for drainage facilities, utility services, site grading, and right of way improvements. In addition, construction administration services and inspections were performed by JFSA to ensure that construction operations were in compliance with the plans and specifications issued for this project.

JFSA provided full engineering design for this project which included a pumping station, bike trails, a bridge and all associated infrastructure. JFSA prepared site development plans that redefined stormwater as a resource that contributes to the enhancement of the surrounding environment and quality of life, instead of a nuisance to be conveyed off-site as quickly as possible. The stream and open space on either side of the site were incorporated into the design to provide a wildlife sanctuary, wetlands, and waterfalls, creating a place of solitude for residents.

The development was intended to be an urban residential neighborhood located on 6+ acres northwest of Coors Field off of 20th Street in downtown Denver, Colorado. JFSA provided the site/civil design including master planning and individual site design for seven urban loft-style buildings with pedestrian plaza, parking garage, off-site public parking facilities, and all public roadway and sanitary sewer mains with private service connections, storm sewer, and water lines to support the development. Two of the buildings have been completed to date.

JFSA served as the civil engineer for the Dawburn Subdivision project, a 10 lot subdivision situated on 2.7 acres at the intersection of Lakeview Street and Ridge Road in Littleton, Colorado. JFSA provided site/civil design including preliminary and final design for grading, drainage, utility systems, and roadway improvements. Site improvements were developed with close coordination among the construction company, Littleton Housing Authority, the city of Littleton, and JFSA.

The development is situated on half a city block on Market Street between 22nd Street and Park Avenue West in Downtown Denver. Construction plans prepared by JFSA for the site/civil design included preliminary and final design for drainage facilities, utility services, site grading, and right of way improvements. Drainage design included rooftop detention located above the eight-story building and a ground-level water quality facility discharging to the alley.

The multistory residential development has below-grade parking, and is located on approximately half an acre at 1830 Gaylord Street in the Parkside subdivision of Denver, Colorado. JFSA provided the site/civil design including final grading, ROW improvements, fire and water services, sanitary sewer service, and storm sewer service. Documents required for securing permits and approvals were prepared.

The development is a multi-story residential building with parking, situated on a one-acre site in the Prospect Neighborhood west of Coors Field in Denver, Colorado. JFSA provided the site/civil design, which included vertical alignment for the proposed Huron Street, final grading, water main extension, fire and water services, sanitary sewer, private and public storm sewer, foundation underdrain system and drainage design. JFSA also prepared documents required for securing permits and approvals.
